1. MEMBERSHIP & PAYMENT TERMS

Membership Options:

- Annual Membership: $1,299 for 12 months. Auto-renews annually with a 30-day notice prior to renewal.

- Monthly Membership: $129 per month with a 3-month commitment. Auto-renews monthly with 30-day

notice.

- Class Packs:

- Single Class: $23 (valid 12 months)

- 5-Class Pack: $95 (valid 12 months)

- 10-Class Pack: $180 (valid 12 months)

- Intro Offers:

- 1-Week Unlimited: $25

- 2-Week Unlimited: $40

All memberships and class packs must be paid in full. Auto-renewing memberships are billed to the card on

file.

2. CANCELLATION & FREEZE POLICY

Cancellation:

- Annual: 30-day written notice before renewal.

- Monthly: 30-day written notice before end of 3-month period.

- Packs & Intro Offers: Non-refundable, non-renewing.

Freeze Policy:

- Minimum 2 weeks, max 3 months/year with 7 days' written notice.

- Nominal fee may apply.

Refunds:

All sales are final. Exceptions:

- Medical conditions (with documentation)

- Relocation 25+ miles (with proof)

- Military deployment (with orders)

3. BOOKING & CLASS POLICIES

Booking: Available via app, website, or in person with completed waiver/payment.

Cancellations: Must cancel 12 hours before to avoid fees.

- Late Cancel Fee: $10

- No-Show Fee: $15

Late Arrival: Must check in 2 minutes before class. No late entry allowed.

4. STUDIO RULES & CONDUCT

Behavior: Respectful conduct required. Staff may deny service for unsafe/inappropriate behavior.

Phones: Prohibited in cycling. Minimal use allowed in weight classes.

Arrival: New members arrive 10-15 minutes early. No late entry.

Lockers: Provided, but studio is not responsible for lost/stolen items.

Attire: Athletic wear required. Cycling shoes must be SPD-compatible. Closed-toe shoes required for weights.

5. MINORS POLICY

Clients under 18 must have parent/guardian consent via app or in person. Participation subject to staff approval.

6. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

Photos/videos may be taken for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your likeness being used.

To opt out:

- Notify the front desk.

- You may be asked to switch locations.

- In some cases, we reserve the right to deny participation for filming purposes.

7. DATA & PRIVACY

We collect: name, email, phone, payment info, attendance data.

Used for: managing bookings, payments, and marketing (email/SMS).

We don't share data without consent, unless required by law.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

Terms may change at any time. Updates will be sent via email and posted on our site. Continued use implies

agreement.
